Went to a birthday party today that involved the long forgotten sport of roller skating. I didn't even know that roller skating rinks were still around. This was a child's 6th birthday party. The rink had different types of segments. The first one was just an all skate then it went to pairs roller skating, and then counter clockwise skating. It was definitely different and good to see that roller skating still exists. Even though this place is old the floor of the rink seems to be in pretty good shape, well I guess it would have to be otherwise people wouldn't be very successful skating.
